Jeunes Restaurateurs (JRE), hospitality trade fair BBB Maastricht and gastronomic trade magazine Culinaire Saisonnier present the JRE Black Box at Folie Culinaire, the exclusive section of BBB Maastricht taking place from October 11 to 13 at MECC Maastricht. The JRE Black Box is a unique concept where JRE chefs cook in an intimate space for a select number of guests, where senses are stimulated through voice, music, and lighting effects. The identity of the chef remains secret, with only their silhouette visible. It’s a kind of ‘blind audition’ by young international chefs who surprise and inspire fellow chefs and other hospitality professionals.
