Recipe of the week is harissa dressing
Now I always use mild harissa because I’m not a fan of extremely spicy but I do like oriental flavors, harissa dressing is delicious on salads with chicken skewers, but also in a stir-fry dish with eggplant, zucchini and bell pepper.
What do you need?: juice of 1 lime, 3 tablespoons harissa, 20 cl olive oil, 3 tablespoons ginger syrup. Mix and you’re done!! Yummie!!
Maybe you don’t have ginger syrup at home and think: „if I buy such a jar it will sit there for 2 years”, but that’s not true, in upcoming recipes I’ll let you taste super fun things that need ginger syrup, including the perfect nasi goreng.
